Printavo has been the default shop management system for screen printers since 2011. It is mature, well supported, and thousands of shops run on it. If you are a screen print shop with a press schedule to manage, it deserves a serious look.
Fulflo is built for a different shape of business: the small custom-goods shop that does a bit of everything — laser engraving, DTF, embroidery, UV printing, signage, promo, awards — and whose real bottleneck is not the press schedule but the paperwork around it. Quotes that live in email. Purchase orders retyped by hand. Invoices chased in a separate app. Customers with no way to see their own jobs.

Where Printavo is genuinely stronger
We would rather you find this out here than after signing up.
- Production scheduling. Printavo's calendar and press-scheduling model is the product's core, and it is well developed. Fulflo tracks jobs through a status pipeline with a job clock, but it does not schedule machine time or balance a press schedule.
- Screen-print depth. Printavo was built by a print shop for print shops. Things like garment counts, print locations, and screen setup are native concepts there.
- Maturity. Ten-plus years of shipped features, an established support organisation, and a large community of shops who have already hit the problems you are about to hit. Fulflo is new and in beta. That is a real difference and you should weigh it.
- Integrations. Zapier, barcode and box labels, and a longer list of connected tools.
Where fulflo is different
Purchase orders arrive as jobs, not as PDFs to retype
Forward a purchase order to your fulflo inbound address and it is parsed into a job — line items, quantities, ship date, customer. It works with PDF POs from distributors and with image-only scans. For shops whose work comes in as POs from resellers and distributors rather than as web orders, this is the single biggest time saving in the product, and nothing else in this category does it.
No per-seat pricing
Your team is included at every tier. Adding a production lead, a second sales person, or a bookkeeper does not change your bill. Most shop management software in this category ties price to user count, which quietly penalises you for growing.
The customer side is a real portal, not just an approval link
Your customers get a branded portal with their quotes, jobs, proofs, invoices and message history. It carries your business name and logo, not ours — including on outbound email, which sends from your business name with your reply-to address. Customer users are unlimited and free.
Payments land in your own Stripe account
fulflo uses Stripe Connect, so money moves from your customer to your own connected Stripe account. You are not waiting on a platform to pay you out, and you keep your own processing relationship.
It covers more than one decoration method
If your shop runs a laser and a DTF printer and an embroidery machine and occasionally sells promo, a screen-print-shaped system will always feel slightly wrong. fulflo's product catalogue supports up to three option axes per product with absolute per-variant pricing and inventory tracking, so an engraved tumbler, an embroidered hat and a printed sign all model cleanly.
A note on pricing
Printavo does not publish standard pricing on its site; plans are quoted. Third-party software directories listed an entry point around $49 per month as of May 2026, but treat that as indicative rather than authoritative and ask them directly for a current quote.
fulflo publishes its tiers — $39 Starter, $79 Pro, $149 Studio, with roughly two months free on annual billing. Your whole team is included at every tier and customer portal users are free. Card payments carry a platform fee of 1% on Starter, 0.4% on Pro and 0% on Studio, so it falls away as you grow rather than rising. Seven-day free trial with full access, no card required.
Which one should you pick?
Choose Printavo if screen printing is the majority of your revenue, scheduling press time is your hardest daily problem, and you want a proven system with a long track record.
Choose fulflo if you run more than one decoration method, most of your work arrives as quotes and purchase orders rather than web orders, you want your customers in a branded portal, and you do not want your software bill to grow every time you hire.
Common questions
Can I move my data from Printavo to fulflo?
Yes. fulflo imports customers, jobs, invoices, quotes, products and expenses from CSV, with column mapping and a preview step, so you can bring history over from a Printavo export rather than starting empty.
Does fulflo replace QuickBooks?
No, and it is not trying to. fulflo handles quoting, jobs, invoicing and getting paid; QuickBooks stays your ledger and your accountant's system of record. See fulflo vs QuickBooks for how the two divide up.
Does fulflo take a percentage of my sales?
Payments run through your own Stripe connected account, so you keep your own processing relationship. There is a platform fee on card sales that decreases as you move up: 1% on Starter, 0.4% on Pro and 0% on Studio. Invoices paid by ACH or check carry no platform fee.
Is fulflo only for laser and engraving shops?
No. It is built for custom-goods shops generally — print, DTF, embroidery, laser, UV, signage, promo and awards. The catalogue and job model are decoration-method agnostic.
