Print Laser Pro is a design and production workspace for maker shops: artwork intake, mockups, gang sheet building, proofs, and production-ready file exports for DTF, UV DTF, laser, sticker and embroidery work.
fulflo is the commercial side of the same shop: quotes, purchase orders, jobs, invoices, payments and a branded customer portal.
Those are two halves of one business, and this comparison is more honest than most on this page's genre — for a lot of shops the right answer is not "one of these" at all. But they compete for the same budget, so here is exactly where each one earns it.

Where Print Laser Pro is genuinely stronger
Plainly: it is a far better design tool than fulflo, and fulflo is not trying to become one.
- Artwork and mockups. Background cleanup, vector tools, cutlines, contours, real hat models with actual styles and colours, and an authenticated 3D builder.
- Gang sheet building. Nesting and layout for DTF and UV DTF output, which is real money saved on film.
- Production file output. PNG, TIFF, SVG, DXF, PDF, plus LightBurn and xTool handoffs. fulflo produces none of this.
- Embedded customisers. Designer embeds for Shopify, GoHighLevel, Wix and Squarespace, so customers configure their own product on your existing site.
If your bottleneck is getting artwork ready for the machine, this is the better purchase and you should buy it.
What the pricing actually works out to
Print Laser Pro is one plan at $79 a month ($790 a year, or a $2,500 lifetime option), with unlimited storefronts and a seven-day trial. Two things sit on top of that number.
The usage fee
Orders placed through the embedded designer carry a tiered fee on the order subtotal: 8% on the first $50, 6.5% from $50–150, 5% from $150–500, and 4% above $500, with a $1 minimum. It applies to designer orders on Shopify, GoHighLevel, Wix, Squarespace or a custom site — plain products without the designer are not charged.
That is fair as published and they are upfront about it. It is also a percentage of your revenue. A shop running $8,000 a month of designer-configured orders is paying roughly $400 in fees on top of the $79 subscription. A shop that quotes by email and invoices distributors pays almost nothing extra — so the fee only bites if the storefront is where your volume lives.
For comparison, fulflo charges 1% on card sales at $39 Starter, 0.4% at $79 Pro and nothing at $149 Studio, with no fee on ACH or check payments. The same $8,000 a month would cost $80 on Starter, $32 on Pro, or nothing on Studio — and nothing at all if it arrives as invoices rather than card payments.
The per-user charges
Account-level team members are $9 a month each, and store-level customer users are also $9 a month each. Charging for customers is unusual, and it is the sharpest structural difference between the two products: in fulflo, customer portal users are unlimited and free, because the whole point of the portal is that your clients live in it.
Where fulflo does the work Print Laser Pro doesn't
Getting paid
fulflo does bidirectional invoicing over Stripe, ACH and check, with recurring billing for retainer clients, all through your own Stripe connected account. Print Laser Pro has no invoicing or accounts receivable; it takes a cut of storefront orders instead and lists QuickBooks as coming soon.
Purchase orders
Forward a distributor PO to your fulflo inbound address and it becomes a job with line items, quantities and dates filled in, including from image-only scans. For a shop whose work arrives as POs rather than web orders, this is the intake path that matters, and Print Laser Pro does not have one.
B2B relationships
fulflo models the reseller and the distributor as customers with their own branded portal — quotes, jobs, proofs, invoices, message history — carrying your business name on outbound email, with unlimited users at no cost. A designer storefront serves a consumer configuring a product; it is a different relationship.
Knowing what a job made
Expenses, job costing and margin reporting are in fulflo. Neither the design work nor the storefront tells you whether the job was profitable.
Running both
There is a coherent setup where Print Laser Pro handles artwork and production files, and fulflo handles quoting, POs, invoicing and the customer relationship. The two do not overlap much. If your storefront volume is high enough that the usage fee is material, that is the point at which the maths on running both is worth checking carefully.
Which one should you pick?
Choose Print Laser Pro if your hard problem is artwork — mockups, gang sheets, cutlines, machine-ready files — and most of your sales come through a storefront customiser you are happy to pay a percentage on.
Choose fulflo if your hard problem is the paperwork — quotes, purchase orders, invoices, chasing payment, customers asking where their order is — and you want your team and your customers included rather than billed per head.
Common questions
Does fulflo have a gang sheet builder or mockup tools?
No. fulflo has no design tooling, no nesting and no machine file exports. If that is what you need, Print Laser Pro is the better tool and we would rather say so.
Does fulflo take a percentage of storefront orders?
Not a usage fee of that kind, no. fulflo charges a platform fee on card sales only: 1% on Starter, 0.4% on Pro and 0% on Studio, with nothing charged on invoices paid by ACH or check. Payments run through your own Stripe connected account.
What does Print Laser Pro charge for team members?
$9 per month for each account-level team member, and $9 per month for each store-level customer user. In fulflo, both are included.
Is Print Laser Pro the same as Patch It Up Pro?
Print Laser Pro is operated by SJG Services LLC and a number of links across its site still resolve to Patch It Up Pro URLs, which indicates a recent rebrand of the same product.
