Fulflo ("Fulflo," "we," "us") provides software that helps custom hard‑goods
vendors manage quotes, jobs, invoices, messaging, and payments with their
customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use
it, and the choices you have. By using Fulflo's web app, mobile app, or related
services (the "Services"), you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up or sign in
(including via Google or Apple), we receive your name, email address, and a
unique account identifier. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
- Business and customer data you enter. Information you add
to run your business in Fulflo — business profile, products, quotes, jobs,
invoices, expenses, messages, and the customer or contact details you choose
to store.
- Payment information. Card and bank details for payments
are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do
not store full card numbers on our servers; we retain payment status, amounts,
and references needed to show your records.
- Device and usage information. Basic technical data such as
device type, app version, log events, and, if you enable them, push
notification tokens.
- Photos and files. Images or attachments you upload (for
example, receipt photos or product images) for use within the Services.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and your account.
- To process and record payments through Stripe.
- To send transactional communications such as invoices, quotes, and, if
enabled, push notifications about messages, quotes, and payments.
- To secure the Services, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve and troubleshoot the Services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use
it for advertising.
How information is shared
- Between parties in a transaction. Fulflo connects vendors,
their customers, and end clients. Information you submit (such as a quote,
invoice, or message) is shared with the other party it is addressed to.
- Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the
Services, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting,
messaging) and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their
own terms and privacy policies.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required
by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fulflo, our users, or
others.
- Business transfers. If Fulflo is involved in a merger,
acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that
transaction.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile (name, email
address, and account ID) to create and secure your Fulflo account. Our use of
information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do
not use Google user data for advertising and do not sell it.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed
to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and
enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated
data (see Contact below).
Security
We use industry‑standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and
access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or
storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Access, update, or correct your account information within the app.
- Disable push notifications in the app or your device settings.
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such
as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
Children's privacy
Fulflo is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated
version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
