Fulflo ("Fulflo," "we," "us") provides software that helps custom hard‑goods vendors manage quotes, jobs, invoices, messaging, and payments with their customers. How information is shared

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile (name, email address, and account ID) to create and secure your Fulflo account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not sell it.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact below).

Security

We use industry‑standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Fulflo is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
