Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fulflo's web app, mobile app, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Service

Fulflo provides software for custom hard‑goods vendors to manage quotes, jobs, invoices, expenses, messaging, products, and in‑person and online payments with their customers and clients. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the data you enter and for having the right to use any customer or third‑party information you store in Fulflo.

3. Payments and fees

• Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed in advance and are non‑refundable except where required by law. Plan details and pricing are shown in the app.
• Payments you collect from your customers are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and for the accuracy of amounts you charge.
• Fulflo is not a party to transactions between you and your customers and is not responsible for goods or services you provide.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using the Services to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant Fulflo a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Services to you and the parties you transact with.

6. Third‑party services

The Services rely on third parties such as Google Firebase and Stripe. Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third‑party services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulflo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; certain provisions survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules, except where local consumer‑protection laws apply to you.
